Maya led marketing strategy for Citibank’s Sears ‘Shop Your Way’ Mastercard campaign at Publicis Sapient in 2018. The images below reflect the holistic ‘Turn This into That’ creative concept developed for the campaign and its expression across channels.

The Citibank Sears ‘Shop Your Way’ Mastercard campaign was challenged to reengage core Sears shoppers and raise awareness and consideration for the Mastercard with the ultimate goal of increasing card applications.

The campaign leveraged new agile, iterative marketing methodologies throughout launch, measurement and optimization. It successfully drove demand for the card at key moments in the retail customer journey and exceeded client expectations.
